Most products will ship from our facility in 1 to 2 business days after order is placed. Does not apply to products over 150 lbs. (see freight page for more details). Express shipment orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped next business day.
Our free over $1000 to contiguous US option will ship via the cheapest ground option (either UPS, FedEx or USPS)
PO Boxes require USPS shipping option to be selected.
UPS
Shipping times are in business days. Saturday Delivery only available in limited residential locations.
· UPS Ground– 1-5 business days. Published transit times are estimates only. Shipping non-refundable.
· UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery 3 business days after it ships (doesn’t include weekends).
· UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery 2 business days after shipping (doesn’t include weekends).
· UPS Next Day Air –Guaranteed next business day. Can get reimbursed for shipping charges if not delivered on time. Shipping charge refundable if misses published deadline.
FedEx
**The FedEx Money-Back Guaranteeforthe following services will be suspended until Jan. 16, 2022, for the U.S

· FedEx Ground– If commercial, 1-5 business days with no weekend delivery. If residential, 1-5 business days with weekend delivery. Published transit time are estimates only. Shipping non-refundable.
· FedEx 2 Day – Express service 2 calendar days with no weekend delivery. For some limited locations you are able to pay an extra fee for weekend delivery. Shipping charge refundable if misses published deadline.
· FedEx Priority Overnight – Express service next day with no weekend delivery. For some locations you are able to pay an extra fee for weekend delivery. Shipping charge refundable if misses published deadline.
USPS (Post Office)
Very unreliable delivery times. Tracking can be slow to update. There will frequently be no updates for several days on tracking records. Required for shipping to PO Boxes. Our local USPS also generally refuses to scan items when picked up. Therefore tracking may show no pickup for several days despite it being picked up.
· USPS Priority Mail 2-Day – 2 days estimated but can take up to 2 weeks. Not a guaranteed service in regards to transit time.
· USPS Priority Mail 3-Day – 3 days estimated but can take up to 2 weeks. Not a guaranteed service in regards to transit time.
· USPS Priority Mail Express 2-Day – 2 days guaranteed after it ships
· USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day – Next day guaranteed after it ships
Domestic Orders
Contiguous (Lower 48) States
SIYUAN Greenhouse is proud to offer Free Shipping on Orders Over $149 on In Stock Orders.
All orders for delivery within the contiguous United States are normally shipped via FedEx Ground when possible. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of order entry and added as a separate item for shipments within these states. To see actual shipping/freight charges for your order, proceed to “Checkout” on the SIYUAN Greenhouse.
Orders to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI)
Orders with delivery addresses in Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for products or promotions advertising free shipping. In these cases, SIYUAN Greenhouse is happy to provide free shipping to a west coast freight forwarder of your choice; however, additional transportation to either AK or HI is the customer’s responsibility. Motor Freight
Many of our items are too bulky or heavy to ship via FedEx or other small parcel service and must be transported via motor freight carrier trucking. Examples of items shipped via motor freight include, but are not limited to: commercial greenhouse structures, large fans, heaters and other oversized equipment, polycarbonate panels and any item greater than 8′ in length.
Items shipping this method are typically marked as “Ships via Motor Freight Carrier” on our website (see product page) and must meet the following requirements:
· The shipment must be delivered to a business or residence (a PO Box is invalid)
· The delivery address must be able to accommodate a tractor/trailer as much as 70′ in length
· Someone must be present to receive and unload truck shipments
· Shipments and/or locations that require a lift gate, inside delivery, and/or with limited access may incur additional charges by the carrier

Delivery Transit Times
While many of our items will ship directly from our warehouses, for orders shipping to the contiguous United States, sometimes items may be shipped shipped direct from the manufacturer in order to save time or transit costs. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery for most items and be aware that some larger items require slightly longer.
For any online order, you will receive tracking for the most accurate details as to the order’s status and location.
While we always strive to provide the quickest service and shipping that we can, we equally want to make sure we get it right and product the best experience possible for you and your order.
If faster delivery is desired please contact our Customer Service department so we might arrange expedited delivery via Air Freight (at an additional charge).
