A: Drain all remaining water from the 6m hose and hang or lean the tool upright. Never store it resting flat on the brush bristles, as this deforms the shape and reduces future cleaning performance.

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window: Returns can be made on most standard products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
International Return Shipping: Because our operations are based in Guangzhou, China, customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs, duties, and logistics tracking. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized greenhouse structures, custom-cut greenhouse plastics/shade cloths, automated grow systems, and bulk grow media are exempt from returns unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
